Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number and tracking link.

To check the current status of your shipment, click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or enter your tracking number on the appropriate carrier's website below.

Tracking Has Not Updated
Tracking numbers usually become active within 24–72 hours after your shipping confirmation email is sent. 

If your tracking information has not updated for several business days, or your order has not arrived by the latest estimated delivery date, please contact us at contact@creidnejewelry.com with your order number.

We will check the shipment status and, when necessary, contact the shipping carrier for further information. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

If you can't find it, email us at contact@creidnejewelry.com with your order number and we'll resend it.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Express DHL Delivery: 
3–5 business days approximately (handling time + transit time)
