Shipping policy

 

Shipping methods:
We ship via Airmail & DHL Express.

Shipping Rates:
• We currently offer FREE shipping via Airmail.
• We also ship via DHL Express (available at checkout).  
**All orders are carefully packed in Thailand and shipped internationally with tracking.

Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday– Friday)

• Airmail Delivery Time: 10-21 days approximately
• DHL Delivery Time: 2-4 business days approximately

Import Duties:
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are not included in your order total.

If applicable, the courier or shipping service will contact you or collect these fees at the time of delivery or before delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Address Change:
We are unable to change the shipping address once the shipment is on its way.
If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us urgently before we ship the order or before we email you the tracking number.

Exchange & Returns:
We accept all exchanges & returns within 30 days from the delivery date.
If you need to exchange or return a product for any reason, please contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.

Return postage fees are not refunded unless the product is damaged or defective.

Cancellations:
If you change your mind before receiving your order, you may cancel at any time before the order is shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please contact us as soon as the order has been delivered to return it back according to our returns policy.
