Shipping Policy

Shipping methods:
We ship via Airmail & DHL Express.

Shipping Rates:
• We currently offer FREE shipping via Airmail.
• We also ship via DHL Express (available at checkout).  
- All orders are carefully packed in Thailand and shipped internationally with tracking.

• Free Airmail Delivery Time:
11-23 business days approximately (handling time + transit time)

• Express DHL Delivery Time: 
3-5 business days approximately (handling time + transit time)
- Shipping cost provided at checkout

How to Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number and tracking link. Please use the link in the shipping confirmation email to follow your shipment.

If the tracking information has not updated for several business days, please contact us at contact@creidnejewelry.com with your order number.

Import Duties:
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are not included in your order's total.

If applicable, the courier or shipping service will contact you or collect these fees at the time of delivery or before delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Address Change:
We are unable to change the shipping address once the shipment is on its way.
If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us at contact@creidnejewelry.com urgently before we ship the order or before we email you the tracking number.

Exchange & Returns:
We accept all exchanges & returns within 30 days from the delivery date.

If you need to exchange or return a product for any reason, please contact us at contact@creidnejewelry.com within 30 days from the delivery date quoting your order number and reason for return. 

We will reply within 1-2 business days with a return reference and confirm the return address. Please kindly pack the item securely with the return reference enclosed and post it with a tracked service, keeping your proof of postage. 

We will issue the refund in full within 1-3 business days of receiving the returned product. Return postage fees are not refunded unless the product is damaged or defective.

Damaged Items:
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@creidnejewelry.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. 

We will issue a full refund or send a replacement free of charge within 1-3 business days.

Missing Items:
If an item is missing from your order (order arrives incomplete), please contact us immediately at contact@creidnejewelry.com with your order number and photos of the received package and received items for our information. 

We will issue a full refund or send a replacement free of charge within 1-3 business days for the missing item.

Lost Parcels: 
If your tracking hasn't updated or your parcel has not arrived after 23 business days for an Airmail parcel or after 5 business days for a DHL parcel, please contact us at contact@creidnejewelry.com. 

We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. 
If the parcel is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will immediately send a replacement free of charge or provide a full refund within 1-3 business days.

Cancellations:
If you change your mind before receiving your order, you may cancel at any time before the order is shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please contact us at contact@creidnejewelry.com as soon as the order has been delivered to return it back according to our returns policy.

IMPORTANT: Please note that public holidays, severe weather and customs delays may extend the estimated delivery times.
